Omg, this was so good. This dish contains: sushi rice, tempeh, roasted paprika, (the avocado is missing), cucumber, alfalfa, cashew nuts and siracha mayo. Tempeh is a hit or miss for me and this was definitely a hit! It was really well seasoned. All the ingredients went well together. The siracha mayo went so good with all of it. I think 14,50 is a great price for this yummy filling bowl.
