
The dish is basically minced mock mutton, mixed with loads of spices, rolled into cylinders on skewers and grilled. DO NOT take the green chutney on the side as it was made with yoghurt. Ask for sambal / chilli as that works best as well for the kebab.
Has more pepper base on the spicy side, so if you’re only chilli tolerant and not pepper - this is going to be hard. But the mock mutton has a great texture that gives an almost real meat kinda experience and this indeed is a great starter to try out.
