They usually do it much better. This ain’t their best but way better than most other Indian restaurants out there. I asked for a dry version, they could do it semi-gravy as well depending on your preference. Do mention vegan just in case if this dish has any diary in it, they’d avoid adding em.
Crispy and delicious fried / spiced cauliflower dish that can go on its own or with any rice or roti dishes as a side. Manchurian is a specific recipe mostly popular for cauliflower but not limited to. This isn’t a spicy dish, more like saucy but super delicious.
