Mind-blowing that this was vegan. Crazy crisp coating, seitan had a perfect consistency and bite, and the gravy/sauce was glorious. It's a filling dish with a very full taste - I preferred the schnitzel as this was a bit on the heavier side, but that's just my personal preference, the dish itself is glorious.
