This consisted of warm, crispy, meaty vegan 🐥 surrounded by cool fresh kale, romaine 🥬, tomatoes 🍅, vegan parmesan, and black garlic Caesar dressing in a tortilla. It was delicious and satisfying. Served with a side of irresistible sweet potato fries.
