The mixed salad bowl on this day consisted of a broad bean salad, green beans in a rich tomato sauce, a refreshing spinach and cucumber salad, and a serving of red lentil koftas. Each dish was seasoned so beautifully and i imagine it’s not too bad for you either. Always fab having a dish full of Fabaceae am i right? We do quite like our legumes in this house, so this was quite the treat.
