This Yum Yum burger is fantastic, and I love the name! I can't believe it took me so long to try it. It was actually a menu item from the diner. But when the diner closed, they brought it to the cafe, but it's only available on Tuesdays and there's a limited amount. So, this literally takes like a cheeseburger. The patty is made from sunflower seeds and veggies. And it's actually wrapped in one of Portia's signature Ethiopian style- like wraps. It also has melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and all the good. This was great.It truly was delicious, and not only is it mainy #organic with locally grown produce, but it's also #glutenfree!
