This roll is the November special. It's a very unique roll! It's made with torched eggplant, crispy mushrooms, avocado, and spinach. It's topped with sweet mustard, jalapeño, and caviar. Mustard on a roll is a brave idea! It was a nice, unique flavor, but a bit too odd for me to order this again. I also found that the spinach provided a somewhat fishy flavor that I wasn't the biggest fan of. Still a good roll of you're feeling adventurous.
