It’s comforting that the dish I found least enjoyable in this #secretvegantakeover was still stunning 🤩 They set such a high bar for themselves!
The #coconutjelly perhaps isn’t for everyone but having grown up with #natadecoco being the treat-i-est of all desserts, perhaps second to #custard on good grades or behaviour 🥥 it’s oddly comforting for me ☺️
The base is a tangy #palmsugar syrup that noticeably, just like the #jelly, not everyone enjoyed. The fruits were a nice touch but I don’t think I’d finish a meal quite this heavy with something as decadent in the future. It’s an afternoon tea or breakfast meal at most 😇
