I was so lucky Eliza’s food truck came to my town … I was thrilled as it’s normally a long drive and a day trip to get to the cafe ….
This “tuna” salad sandwich was awesome… I do t know what spices they use … but it’s the perfect mix … I have to say this is the best chickpea “tuna” I have ever had … and I’ve tried many … so many ..
like the pickles went right into the sandwich…
The side was chickpea fritters which never disappoint..
If you ever find yourself close to Florence South Carolina.. make sure to pop in for a real treat.
