I love gemelli #pasta! It's a type of twist pasta and I like it more than fusilli. For an easy vegan meal I cook any type of pasta + sautee whatever veggies I have on hand in olive oil+ combine with pasta.
Here I used spinach, garlic, and mushrooms. Delicious and so satisfying! Perfect hot meal for a crisp #fall day #veganisnotscary
