Truffle ramen no Umami Ramen & Izakaya — Avaliação do missnarciss (25 de out. de 2024)

Wow this ramen was something else !!!! Just a fall special for the ramen festival of Montreal, so it’s on the menu until Sunday only.
Broth is really thick so more like a pasta vibe than an actual ramen, but is was worth the 30$ bowl ! Creamy, mushroom explosion and the fried enoki topping was the perfect complement.
