Cassava / yam leaves simmered in a light coconut gravy~ 🌿🌴🥥 Not my personal favourite as I found the texture of the vegetable slightly rough (??? I like my leafy veg super soft like baby food ahaha 👶) but it was interesting to try this quintessential Indonesian dish! 🇮🇩 Non-veg companions enjoyed it. If you usually like kangkong, sweet potato leaves, etc, then this dish would probably be up your alley!
