Flourless black sesame quinoa fudge cake, super moist and creamy yet with some firm chewiness! Nice nutty and lightly sweet aroma. 🧁🖤 Usually coated with chocolate ganache; but Chef Lee Ting had just baked this on the day I visited and there wasn't enough time for it to fully set, so she added a chocolate sweet potato frosting. 🍫🍠 Either way I really loved this hehe and will definitely order it again!!
