Today I want to talk about the French Paralympian champion Aurélie Aubert. First time paralympian, participating only because France is the host nation and already a golden champion in boccia BC1 category! She was not attracted by this sport at the beginning but her assistant gave her favourite chocolate only when she played and she get in love with this wonderful sport I've talked about in another post. She was still playing by her own means until the end of the games, doesn't she deserves the best chockie sponsor ever? I've met her in the paralympics and she got my heart, she is so adorable!
But what about the other pictures? Thats a Brazilian dish, called "torta de liquidificador", very simple to make: pan all the vegetables until they are soft and blender the protein until you get a kind of cream. And then, to the stove! Simple, quick and delicious! For the protein part, I used this tofu and chickpeas. This one is the best tofu I've found in France and the one that ressembles the most the homemade tofus I used to eat when I was a kid. Another great point: it's made from French soy! No deforestation to have it <3
