I need to take VitD3 anyway and this combination of #vitaminb12 #vitaminb2 #vitaminb6 #vitamind3 seems to cover some essentials
I’ll have to get used to the chewable aspect, that’s new to me and I realise I still like to follow up with some gulps of water. Even though the vitamin taste is disguised by orange flavour it’s not something I want lingering on my taste buds.
I am trying to get my head around the pros and cons of taking supplements and always interested to hear views of #abillionmembers
