Always looking for cheese substitutes, this time I wanted to try this one.
I must say that it is reminiscent of the flavor of aged cheese, perhaps it is just too tasty. The texture is a bit buttery, not overly so, but it melts in the mouth. I think it could be perfect for topping pasta, so I think I will use it like this.
It's not cheap but, it will last a few weeks.
Glad I didn't steal any puppy's meal.
