I love that they use #tofu from Ota Tofu. Ota Tofu is the oldest tofu shop in the US and located in Portland. It is excellent quality!!

This dish has braised Ota Tofu, #edamame pate, jasmine #rice, mixed spring greens, pickled #carrot & #daikon, #cucumber, #tomato, #cilantro, and #jalapenos, topped with #crispy #shallots. Served with #soysauce. Delicious!!

Banh Mi Up is not a fully vegan establishment but they do have a lot of vegan options! One time I accidentally got fish sauce with my tofu dish though, so use caution when ordering here!
