This has been my go-to tempeh for years. Love that it is a local Canadian brand (from Kitchener ON!) and organic.
Peanut tempeh is my favourite way to eat this, but today I marinated it in some jerk seasoning to make a jerk fried quinoa type dish. I usually buy the original kind, so I can season it however I like. Great source of protein!
