I usually use eat meati cutlets for this maple chikin noodle dish but wanted to try out a different vegan chicken. I like this brand because it doesn’t have too many ingredients and it’s high in protein. The texture was a little too rubbery for me, but I didn’t mind the flavor. However, they may be better sautéed. #veganchicken
