I only had 1 waffle 🧇 in my life before, back when I was still vegetarian and I really liked it. After going vegan I hadn’t had another chance until last week in Bruxelles. And it was fantastic! The waffle itself was delicious, a bit crunchy and soft at the same time. On top there was a creamy #chocolate sauce and a huge blob of soft, fluffy whipped cream 😋 Luscious, decadent and sweet. The place is in a shopping arcade just off Grande Place where we then went to admire the amazing flower carpet that you can see in the pictures
