If you haven't had Jess's Mess lately, get on that! @seitansrealmcbus keeps improving their seitan chick'n as well as their sauces. This was the BEST bowl of Jess's Mess I've have. The chicken has tofu in it as well now and it's so juicy and delicious. Also, the creamy #dairyfree cheese sauce is even creamier and cheezier! This serving comes with a large bowl of vegan mac n cheese, topped with their chicken, buffalo and ranch. It's definitely spicy, but the cheeze cools it down a bit. I really love this dish. It's a HUGE portion for under $12, which is a great #value
