Củ sen kho nấm morel~ Lotus root, chewy king oyster mushrooms, crunchy cashews, and fried firm beancurd in a spicy braised sauce. 🍲🍄 NGL I was slightly confused as there was lotus root but no lotus seeds, and also a different type of mushrooms ahaha so it wasn't exactly like what I'd originally anticipated from the dish name 🙈 Regardless, it was still really flavourful and with different textures going on!
