I'm not sure that #meesua 面线 is the first thing that comes to mind when I see #vermicelli 😅 But what was a bigger concern with this plate of #noodles was the lack of inventiveness in the ingredient choice - I think there were slivers of #shiitake #mushroom, #cabbage, #carrot slices, and #taugeh. Which got monotonous by halfway through this enormous serving size 🥲 Served with a giant #pappadam that got soggy from having been left on top of the noodles, as well as #cucumber slices with halved #cherrytomatoes placed on top - an attempt to replicate the visual aspect of fried eggs, perhaps? 👀
