Side salad no Tide Tables Cafe — Avaliação do fx.k (12 de ago. de 2024)

I imagine the options change, but do note that not all are vegan-friendly: I just mentioned i wanted a mix of the vg options and this was what i got. It was nice small bowl to go with whatever you’re having. The potatoes had a coconut yoghurt dressing, there’s couscous and some pickles too. Considering how much you get, it’s not the cheapest (Richmond prices?). Still, it’s a tasty bowl of greens.

A nice cafe run by the same good people who run Hollyhock nearby. TT sits under the bridge and along the bike/footpath that runs by the Thames. They get extremely busy in the summer, with good reason. Great views of the Thames, plus a good spot to grab some vegan food (always nice to see vego cafes teeming with people). Their food is pretty simple but tasty. Lots of baked goods, salads, and usually a hot meal (+ soup during the cooler months). Cakes, coffees and vegan wines too. More than half their menu is vg-friendly. Tide Table and Holly hock also have a dairy surcharge for their drinks (none for plant milks), and I love them for doing that.
Ample bicycle parking outside the cafe. Two entrances, one step-free. Menu (in English) on wall and small cards on the glass case, major allergens labelled. #veganontheThames #richmond #veganallies
