We had breakfast at Maiatza today. This bananabread was perfect texture wise: not too moist or too dry. It was sweet but not too sugary or cloying. The slice size was also on point for me and would order it again. They had a total of 6-7 vegan spongecakes and cookies. I felt like having banana bread today and I plan to go back, though for breakfast rather than lunch.
