the bread with spreads includes
- 2 slices of home-baked protein bread
- protein crackers
- pea guacamole
- hummus
- beet and horseradish chutney
- fresh cashew cream (raw, fermented)
- salad bouquet
my opinion on each component:
- home-baked protein bread -> i didn't like it that much. it contains many nuts and seeds and it's just been a bit too much for me. I would've preferred normal wholegrain bread. for some reason, we actually got one additional slice of a different bread which was much better
- protein crackers -> better than the protein bread, had something cheesy (tastewise)
- pea guacamole -> the savoury spread i liked most because i love peas
- hummus -> to our surprise, no normal hummus but with curcuma or so, at least it was yellow
- beet and horseradish chutney -> I don't like this combo but my companions enjoyed it
- fresh cashew cream -> this was nothing for me, i didn't like the seasoning and it didn't fit to the sweet breakfast because it's a bit spicy in my opinion
- salad bouquet -> green salad, cucumber, tomatoes, radish. found it good
price of 14€ is a bit high but everything's organic and gluten-free so the price is ok. wouldn't order it again tho (didn't enjoy the spreads enough)
