This was much better than I expected! It still has that weird stiffness to it, but the flavour is much richer than I am used to. Coming from a "proud" dairy nation (🇳🇱), I must admit cap in hand that our vegan cheeses have been underwhelming to say the least. I'm not a huge fan of cheddar and as an ex-cheese snob I wouldn't bother with "plastic cheese", but this stuff is definitely better than all vegan Dutch cheeses I have tried so far.
