Delicious #housemade #seitan with grilled peppers, onions, and housemade #vegancheese on a hoagie bun that was cooked perfectly - just a little crispy but not too much. The texture, thinness, and flavor of the seitan here is incredible. $12 for a sandwich and a side which is a #greatvalue.
