A newer find for me, was not expecting to like this as much as I did, but it’s really tasty, It reminds me of a rotisserie shredded chick’n. Just takes a minute to heat up in the microwave, I bought it for salads for some extra protein, and it is a good addition to it. The texture is good and just a touch of seasoning on it
Next time I will make chick’n salad - think will work perfectly for it. So many ideas to use it for -tacos, burritos, chick’n Alfredo…
