This was also a new dish for me at Portia's Cafe! This 7- layer dip was delicious. 🥑 it was layered with housemade guacamole, salsa, Daiya cheese, black beans, house-made vegan sour cream, black olives, and onion. It was served with a portion of corn chips. The flavor of the dip was delicious. I loved the different layers, and I'm a huge fan of Portia's gaucamole. Everything was fresh and mostly organic with locally sourced ingredients. I really liked the #organic corn chips as well. This was a little pricey, at $14, but employees are all paid fair living wages, and also ingredients are sourced from local farmers. I dont mind paying a bit more here. This is a great appetizer to share with your table and makes a great starter dish.
