a friend introduced me to this #veganduck. she mixed it with black beans and made a #nacho casserole. #fakemeat

i went for straight #nachos and the texture now but think mixing with beans is a good idea to tone down the flavor.

the avo was a little anemic looking but tasted good.

and a little waterfall.
