Wowzers...

This blew my mind. Incredible assortment of ingredients:

Cabbage, smoked salmun, cucumbe, tofu tempura, avo, pepperdew, edamame beans, vegan mayo. sesame seeds & teriyaki sauce on a bed of moreishly delicious rice.

It's a huge meal. I ate in in 3 parts over 2 days.
