I’ve never had mushrooms 🍄 in a dosa before so while I was suspicious of what sounded like a bastardized “fusion” dosa I also remembered that I was sitting in a pretty traditional South Indian restaurant and that it was probably going to be pretty good. And it was! I’d almost say having spiced mushrooms inside of a dosa made for something lighter than the traditional spicy potato filling.
Served with sambar and two kinds of chutneys, coconut and spicy 🌶️

I so miss Indian food. Here in Bogotá there is only one. It’s not vegan but they have options.
When I lived in Tokyo there were so many Indian places, some (though very few) with clearly labelled 100% vegan options.
I wish there was but Bogota isn’t very international.
