I really liked this pasta. Reminded me of artichoke hearts, which I love! I sautéed some mushrooms and green onions and added in the pasta at the end to warm it up. Had a hint of lemon flavor and wasn’t mushy like I thought it might be. Just needed a dash of salt (I also tried the rice which I wasn’t as fond of)
Was glad to find them again on a return trip to ALDI today, looks like it’s a keeper! Going to try making a tofu piccata and serving it over this pasta 😋
