Textured soy protein 'fish' slices with a slightly crisp seaweed 'skin', coated in aromatic sambal chilli sauce. 🍛🌶️🐟 Served with a vegan fried egg resembling a sunny-side-up (The Way brand, sourced from Friendly Vegetarian Food Supplier, made using soy and carrot)~ 🍳 Also came with roasted peanuts, long beans, fresh cabbage salad, cucumber slices, and papadum cracker. 🥜🫛🥒 Their rice is naturally coloured with antioxidant-rich blue pea flowers, though do note that it doesn't have a 'lemak' aroma, as they don't add coconut milk for health reasons. 🩵🍚 My non-veg companion liked this dish! 🙌 I personally prefer this 'sambal fish' version of nasi lemak, but the other version with mini drumstick nuggets would probably be more kid-friendly~ (Allium-free, $11) #sgvegan #chinesefood #alliumfree #womenowned
