Seasonal special launched in Oct 2023 and again in May 2024~ Grilled king oyster mushrooms with hollowed out stems to resemble squid, drizzled with Indonesian sweet sauce and topped with seaweed shreds plus cut chilli. 🍄🌶️ The chewy texture and seafood aroma did make this slightly reminiscent of BBQ 'sotong'! 🦑 A challenge to bite and eat daintily though hahaha. 🙈 (Allium-free, $18) #sgvegan #chinesefood #wholefoodplantbased #wfpb #alliumfree
