Crispy enoki mushroom tempura nigiri topped with a dollop of creamy vegan mayonnaise~ 🍄 I remember liking the vegetable tempura at Sauté San, this was pretty good too hehe! I believe there's also a Pumpkin Tempura Nigiri recently introduced in Feb 2024, though I haven't tried it.
