Rich and savoury vegan dashi broth filled with fortune bags, assorted beancurd, konjac kuro aburaage slices, musubi shirataki noodle bundles, and daikon radish chunks. 🍲 Tasty and with a nice variety of ingredients, although I'm not sure where exactly the fishcake was hahaha. 🙈 Would have liked to see them include vegan versions of pink kamaboko and chikuwa etc for a more authentic version of the dish! 🍢 (Allium-free option available, $12.80) #sgvegan #japanesefood #japanese
