I decided to try a different salad. My go to is usually Tracy’s Favourite Salad.
Enjoyed this one with the sesame crusted tofu with sweet chilli jam. The toasted garlic chips were really nice.
Loved the fresh herbs. Could do with Thai basil.
Wasn’t fussed about the crispy rice paper. So I didn’t eat it after trying it. Lacked flavour.
Other than that, I would order it again, sans the crispy rice paper.
