A trip to IKEA means… trying their meatballs! Since a while now, a vegan version of their meatballs is available at their restaurants and I am always happy to have them because I love the taste. Today I discovered that the gravy that they usually serve you with the meatballs is not vegan, unfortunately I did eat it a couple of times before thinking it was vegan too (I was ordering the vegan version so I always assumed the person serving wouldn’t include a non-vegan sauce… turns out it’s not like this 😬). Lucky the person serving us told us about it and we didn’t get it. As a side I always get fries 🍟 and this time some peas too 🫛. I love IKEA fries too, they’re always super tasty and with the perfect amount of salt.
The price is always super convenient, I think a plate like this is less than 10 chf (unfortunately I don’t remember the exact price and I can’t find the receipt but the total for 2 plates like this + 2 beverages and a cake was 26 chf).

Yeah I luckily searched it on their website the 1st time I ate the dish, I know Ikea can pull shenanigans sometimes… 🙄
