I tried the BBQ mac that had tempeh “ribs” in it, and I loved the ribs so much I had to come back and try the platter. Definitely worth it!! The ribs were made from seitan & jackfruit and they were crispy, dense, and meaty. I don’t know how they made them so perfectly. The BBQ sauce on top was tangy and a little sweet too. And I’ve never had potato chips drizzled with ranch so that was a fun surprise! The portion looks small but it was dense and filling. I would definitely recommend trying these!
