Review of Crisp chilli salt tofu at Caravan King's Cross | Outdoor Dining, Takeaway & Coffee by sianski

This is a lovely way to prepare tofu. All the vibrant tastes stand out spring onion, chilli, sesame.
There’s something called ketjap manis which I had to look up. It’s a sweet soy sauce originating in Indonesia. Seriously yum!
The block of tofu is tender and coated in this delicious sauce then fresh spinach and coriander leaves are scattered all around.
It is served as a small plate at a fairly steep price £9.5 but the quality of preparation and presentation was worth it.
Caravan is on the very fancy development behind King’s Cross. It’s a nice place to hang out during the day, packed with places to eat.
