Review of Fried Brussels Sprouts at Gladys Restaurant by curvycarbivore

“Crispy Brussels sprouts tossed in a smoked mustard glaze; with apple gastrique, pickled mustard seed, & toasted almond.” This was such a flavorful dish! It was a little tangy and sweet. The Brussels sprouts were cooked perfectly, but were a little hard to eat because of their size. If they were cut up into smaller pieces it would have been better. But overall a delicious and interesting dish!
