As you delve into the dish, the aroma of saffron, with its delicate floral notes and earthy undertones is prevalent. The saffron sauce, rich and decadent, coats each floret of cauliflower. Due to it being drowned in sauce, it wasn’t crispy anymore, but still delicious! Accompanying the cauliflower is a bed of aromatic #pulaorice which was nicely cooked. #glutenfree
