There is a vegetable section on the menu with options like garlic green beans, brocoli and garlic, thai cabbage and this garlic kale. I do not usually go for kale but we wanted to try a veggie dish and it was very good. If you like cripsy kale this is not for you. The kale was sauteed with garlic and had great flavor. It still had a good texture, wasn't mush.

First time trying this place in Tukwila #washington. I wanted to check it out because on almost every section of their menu they had a vegan options, not one you have to ask for vegan, it says vegan in the title. They have a great menu on their website that is clearly marked abd full of beautiful photos you can reference. This place was inside the mall and was huge, we did not have to wait for a table when we showed up for diner on a Tuesday night. The menu has differenr sections like dumplings, noodles, rice, vegetables and more. Our waiter said it was designed to share so you can order a handful of things for your table and try it all. They also have a variety of teas, bobas and cocktails that all looked delicious. You order on a paper menu (write how many of what you want and hand it to your waiter), which was a little weird but worked out. Food comes out very quickly and everything was delicious. Will be coming back again to try the rest of the vegan offerings! They also have a location in #seattle if you are closer to that, 100% recommend.
