Review of Auberginen Bao at LANG by pattini

This is the bao I tried at the pop-up bao restaurant currently hosted at Cafe Lang, in Limmatplatz.

On top of eggplant, this bao had white-cabis salad, pickled onions, fried quinoa, spring onions, 5-spice sauce, mayo. It was a delicious mix of all these ingredients which combined together into a perfect flavor. The bao was soft and delicious too. Portion was a regular portion for a bao. For a meal I’d suggest ordering at least 2.

The price for this one was 12 chf.
