Il Fornello was one of the first chain restaurants to fully embrace vegan options to the extent of hiring a renowned and published vegan chef to create their vegan menu. It rocks!!!
The #grilledciabatta is topped with #oliveoil, #garlic, #tomatoes, and #basil. We had the #veganparmesan cheese sprinkled on top for added flavour. It was so good we order another one for the table!
