I had heard such mixed reviews on this yogurt but curiosity won me over. The texture is nice; it is creamy but it’s actually not as thick as I expected. It’s less thick than Greek style vegan yogurts. The protein is good for a vegan yogurt, with 12 grams per 150 calories. The flavor was good. For reference - I prefer a sweet yogurt that does not have much tang. This didn’t have any tang really but wasn’t very sweet either. The vanilla flavor was pleasant. Honestly, I didn’t feel strongly about it - which is surprising since it seems most reviews I’ve seen are either loving it or hating it. 🤷♀️. I found it to be a pretty good base flavor and it was tasty with some banana, granola and vegan honey.
Personally, I wouldn’t go out of my way for this but if I found it at a good price I would repurchase as it’s a good base yogurt and has a nice level of protein without much of a detectable protein flavor.
I purchased another flavor so will review that one in the future.
