Inari sushi consisting of Japanese rice with creamy vegan mayonnaise enveloped in sweet fried tofu pockets~ 🍱🍣 There was a mix of 4 toppings including 'tamagoyaki omelette', 'meat floss', corn, and konjac 'prawn'. 🍳🌽🍤 Not particularly convincing or authentic (I don't think I'll ever be a fan of konjac seafood haha oops), but decent nonetheless!
